Compliance Commitment

Delta Oil Services recycles used oil products in a controlled process to guarantee complete "cradle to grave" environmental

compliance with all Federal, State and local regulatory requirements. Used oil is transported in Delta Oil trucks under total DOT compliance and requirements. All drivers meet DOT personal physical qualifications. All loads are manifested according to current DOT, EPA and state requirements, where applicable. Delta Oil handles all used oil following current regulatory requirements, including pre-screening of used oil products. All used oil is pre-qualified by customer process review and independent laboratory analysis, when necessary. All oil must meet existing EPA regulatory criteria for halogens, PCBs, and metals. All used oil is stored at EPA registered facilities. These locations undergo company and customer audits for regulatory compliance to EPA and OSHA standards on a regular schedule. Our facilities have been audited by EPA personnel and they have been found to be in compliance with existing regulations. A copy of recent audits may be available upon request. Delta Oil Services pre-screens oil clients to ensure that they have appropriate EPA regulatory authority to receive and burn recycled oil. Copies of EPA permits for these customers are maintained by Delta Oil. All loads sent to our customers are shipped with appropriate bill of lading and have independent certified laboratory analyses attached. If you have any questions concerning your shipment of used oil, you may contact the Delta Oil office at 1-877-910-OILS(6457). We will be more that welcome to speak with you or any of your customers concerning our process, and procedures.

Motor oil has value even after it has been drained from an engine. The oil you take to a collection center to be recycled saves energy. It can be reprocessed and used in furnaces for heat or in power plants to generate electricity for homes, schools, and businesses. It can also be sent to a refinery that specializes in processing used oil and re-refined into lubricating base oils that can be used to formulate engine oils meeting API specifications.

The next time you change your own oil, remember, you can make a difference by recycling the oil from your boat, car, lawnmower, motorcycle, recreational vehicle or truck. By dropping off your antifreeze and used motor oil today you help prevent pollution and conserve energy for a safer and healthier tomorrow.
